You are responsible for Internet and communications costs. Iris does not charge an additional payment-processing fee.

Payment method

Credit-card payment through Stripe. Iris does not store card numbers or security codes.

Payment timing

US$5.99, plus any applicable tax shown by Stripe, is charged at initial sign-up and then on each monthly renewal date until cancellation.

Availability

Pro is planned to be available from September 1, 2026, immediately after payment and activation. Sign-up and live payment remain disabled until the required commercial-address agreement and Stripe production configuration are confirmed.

Term and cancellation

An open-ended monthly subscription with no minimum term. Cancel at any time through Stripe billing management in Settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period, with no future charge.

Refunds

The first fee is fully refundable within seven days of initial sign-up. A renewal fee is fully refundable once per 12 months when requested within 48 hours after renewal. Incorrect or duplicate charges are fully refundable. No other customer-convenience, unused-period, or mid-period-cancellation refund is available, without limiting statutory rights.

Operating environment

Current Chrome, Edge, or Safari with Internet access, ChatGPT sign-in, JavaScript, and cookies. Aero analysis requires a supported photo; FIT import requires a .FIT file.
