Terms of use
These terms apply to AI Aero Coach. The service provides reference information to help cyclists organize records and make their own decisions.
Eligibility and accounts
Use requires ChatGPT sign-in. Use only your own account and do not share credentials, impersonate others, or access accounts without authorization. Minors should use the service with parental confirmation.
Free plan
The Free plan costs ¥0. It permits three aero analyses per calendar month and five Iris chat round trips per day using the time zone selected in your profile. Friend features and historical calendar review are unavailable. Today’s records and FIT import remain available. Separate technical limits may apply to prevent abuse and keep the service stable.
Pro plan, cancellation, and refunds
Pro is planned to start on September 1, 2026 at US$5.99 per month. The first fee is charged at sign-up and renews monthly until cancellation; there is no minimum term. Any applicable taxes are shown by Stripe before payment is completed. Card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Iris. You can cancel through Stripe billing management in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A first fee is fully refundable when requested within seven days. A renewal fee is fully refundable once per 12 months when requested within 48 hours after renewal. Incorrect or duplicate charges are fully refundable. Other unused periods or mid-period cancellations are not refundable, without limiting rights required by law.
Data, estimates, and safety
You retain rights in data you submit and may submit only data you are entitled to use. Aero scores show alignment with product-configured comparison bands and capture quality; they are not validated elite norms, ability, a personal optimum, measured CdA, or a bike-fit prescription. Recovery is not diagnosis. Iris does not guarantee race time, fitness improvement, injury prevention, health status, or third-party article accuracy. Stop exercising if you experience pain, numbness, impaired vision, breathing difficulty, reduced control, chest pain, fainting, or another serious symptom.
Changes and governing law
We may change, limit, or suspend functions for quality, safety, maintenance, external-service, or legal reasons. Material price increases or adverse changes will be announced in advance and apply from the announced renewal. These terms are governed by Japanese law.
