These terms apply to AI Aero Coach. The service provides reference information to help cyclists organize records and make their own decisions.
Eligibility and accounts
Use requires ChatGPT sign-in. Use only your own account and do not share credentials, impersonate others, or access accounts without authorization. Minors should use the service with parental confirmation.
Free plan
The Free plan costs ¥0. It permits three aero analyses per calendar month and five Iris chat round trips per day using the time zone selected in your profile. The FIT list shows records from the 24 hours after their server import, independent of your profile time zone. Friend features, full FIT history, past aero archives, past Iris conversations and question-trend review, and historical calendar review are unavailable. Today’s calendar records, today’s aero archive and Iris conversations, and FIT import remain available. Older saved data is not deleted and remains included in your complete account JSON export. Separate technical limits may apply to prevent abuse and keep the service stable.
Pro plan, cancellation, and refunds
English Pro is planned at US$5.99 per month, including applicable taxes, but it has no approved sales launch date. The United States, United Kingdom, and EU member states are the planned initial target markets. It removes the Free plan’s three-aero-per-month and five-Iris-round-trips-per-day caps and unlocks full FIT, aero, and Iris history with its evidence trail, question trends, friends, and month/year calendar review. Technical anti-abuse, security, and service-capacity limits still apply; Pro is not an unlimited-use promise. The first fee is charged at sign-up and renews monthly until cancellation; there is no minimum term. Pro access is enabled only after Iris verifies a signed live Stripe event whose plan identity, currency, monthly amount, quantity, renewal interval, and current approved sales-country evidence match this offer, and whose status is active or trialing. Past-due, unpaid, incomplete, paused, or ended subscriptions safely fall back to Free and show fixed status guidance plus billing management. A mismatch or unknown state does not unlock Pro or echo a raw internal value; Iris keeps safe Free access and shows billing-management and support routes. Account shows the verified current-period end as the next scheduled renewal, or as the scheduled end of Pro access after period-end cancellation. Card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Iris. You can cancel through Stripe billing management in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A first fee is fully refundable when requested within seven days. A renewal fee is fully refundable once per 12 months when requested within 48 hours after renewal. Incorrect or duplicate charges are fully refundable. Other unused periods or mid-period cancellations are not refundable, without limiting rights required by law. English checkout remains disabled until independent country-by-country approval of the planned target markets and their tax, consumer, privacy, health-data, minor-use, and accessibility requirements is complete and a separate production setting is enabled. The setting is an operational control, not evidence of approval.
Data, estimates, and safety
You retain rights in data you submit and may submit only data you are entitled to use. Aero scores show alignment with product-configured comparison bands and capture quality; they are not validated elite norms, ability, a personal optimum, measured CdA, or a bike-fit prescription. Recovery is not diagnosis. Iris does not guarantee race time, fitness improvement, injury prevention, health status, or third-party article accuracy. Stop exercising if you experience pain, numbness, impaired vision, breathing difficulty, reduced control, chest pain, fainting, or another serious symptom.
Changes and governing law
We may change, limit, or suspend functions for quality, safety, maintenance, external-service, or legal reasons. Material price increases or adverse changes will be announced in advance and apply from the announced renewal. These terms are governed by Japanese law.
